I had received quotes from two other kitchen installers before approaching In Kitchens.
I preferred the plans submitted, that used every inch of limited space and did not follow the lay-out of the old kitchen (as did the other two kitchen installers).
I am very pleased with the result and enclose a couple of photographs.

"I liked the kitchen displays at Mile End and the “limited” samples which reduced the
Nightmare of choices. The small kitchen display “sucked me in.” I thought these guys will do small kitchens. Thanks to Bob for his initial visit and ideas. Thanks to Danielle for reworking the plan on the computer- many times and for her patience! I was treated at all times with respect and given the confidence to go ahead which, in the end amounted to a large amount of money.

The computer modelling enabled me to picture the kitchen more clearly, to think about it, and ask questions and make changes.
The finished kitchen is very practical, functional, more spacious and clean. I appreciate it every day.

Materials
Having an open plan living dining kitchen area - from the front door - the kitchen looks unobtrusive and very classy. The breakfast bar is terrific.
The cupboards’ laminate finish and latte colour look excellent. It will not date.
The bench top colour and effect are excellent - choice of tiles and frieze complement both cupboards and bench tops. Stainless steel appliances are complemented with satin kick boards and a slate grey emoleum floor. The effect is very a la mod.

The ARC cook top, extractor and oven are excellent- and their follow up service is spot on.
Installation of dish washer is a huge bonus to the saleability of the house. Sorry Bob you were right in the first place (7/10buyers of a house look for a dishwasher).

Installation
The fitter - Wayne was scrupulous in measuring, cutting and fitting. By size, the kitchen appears small but in reality because of its U shape is “medium size” and quite complex to fit because of the number of corners to be flush at right angles .There were several glitches and these were satisfactorily resolved.
The electrician - Michael was great suggesting the placement of plugs, purchase and installation of down lights and re-locating the phone, installing the extractor, stove top and oven.
The plumber - Mark relocated the drain for the sink (unplanned for- because we put in a dishwasher) fitted the Pura tap, water silencer, and separate taps under the sink for sink tap, dish washer and Pura tap.
The Navara brothers worked well as a team and every thing went in on the day of extreme heat – 48 C.
The tiler – Sam- outstanding job.

Overall result
Excellent. A wow factor. A huge bonus to value of the house.
